Our radiology tools assist with drafting and structuring reports
from numerical and qualitative inputs that customers de-identify
before transmission. Qualified professionals remain responsible
for review, correction, and final approval.
Customers choose the systems they connect, the permissions they
grant, and the workflows they enable. We design integrations to
use only the access needed for their configured purpose.
Deliberate AI boundaries
Where AI is enabled, inference may run on customer-controlled
local systems, on models we operate on United States cloud GPU
infrastructure, or, when the customer or user selects a premier
model, through Grok, OpenAI, or Claude. Some products use
speech-to-text or dictation models, which are AI. Customer inputs,
outputs, and speech data are not used to train, fine-tune, or
research shared models unless the customer affirmatively agrees to
share them.
People remain responsible
Software can organize evidence and reduce repetitive work. The
customer remains responsible for clinical, commercial,
accounting, tax, and other material decisions.
Radiology and commerce keep inference, including dictation, on local
or Company-operated models. Some other products let a user select a
premier model (Grok, OpenAI, or Claude); that selection sends the
request to that provider under its terms. Details and limitations are
